Dillon 550, got an extra spring???

I set up my Dillon 550 just as the Dillon setup DVD instructed me, but my press came with this long spring and I dont know what its for. Its at least 2x as long as the primer bar return spring, It looks like the long spring on the left in this picture http://cgi.ebay.com/Dillon-RL-550B-S...#ht_1202wt_907 What it is for?

I don't have a 550, but could it be the PRIMER SLLIDE RETURN SPRING? (Part# 13928).
