Remington

Are there any others?

Really depends on what you want to shoot. For 7.62x54R, it seems only Lapua and Norma make and sell just the brass. I really, really wish Starline would consider making non-cowboy rifle cartridges.

I'm not looking to shoot. I have access to brass cups and want to contact the US based manufacturers.
