Anyone using RG4895 for M1 Garand?

I traded some stuff and got an unused 8# jug from my dad's friend. I normally use IMR 4895, and tried a Google search and mostly found other calibers using the RG. Hoping to get some info or experience from other members.

Very use-able powder. I load 46.5gr under normal Large rifle primers. 46.0gr under CCI military primers. Both under 150gr FMJ bullet. One time, I did find a little bit of debris when I dumped one out. It looked like a small sliver of wood or something. So far, I haven't seen anything to effect cycling. My Garand just eats it all up. Gone through one 8lb jug already. Working on the 2nd. Too bad I can't find any more.

In my 1942 winchester with a 2002 barrel (12" twist),
Radway Green 4895 groups 168 grain bullets best with MINIMUM charge.
            43 grains.

168 grain BTHP are nosler blems purchased on line

Thanks everyone. BTW nice prices on the Nosler blems. I like the Custom Comp and will keep an eye on shooters pro shop. Mid South usually has good prices on blems too.

I've loaded quite a bit of .308 with RG4895. Do you know if your dad's friend have anymore? By the way, the burn rate of RG4895 is very similar to IMR4895. I just reference IMR load data and started to work up charges.
