bullet casters help needed

Im in a big rutt. i live in so cal san gabriel valley. Recently i cant seem to find a tire shop that will budge with used wheel weights. Seems most of them send them back as they are being charged a core charge from the manufactures. does anyone know of a shop where i can get some wheel weights.

I have about 3000+ 45cal 200gr LSWC bullets that I've been thinking of getting rid of. I'm in Monrovia too, it would have made for an easy transaction.
