Yeah, it's a sad state (literally and figuratively) caused by fear, ignorance, arrogance... and other factors.

And then there are the "lemmings" that follow those aforementioned that believe what they are told and don't actually research or understand what they are voting for.. or who/what they are backing. And where, in the end of the day, wonder how things got so messed up.

Here's the best I have to offer. How much do you reload? How much do you shoot? If you think you have too much powder, perhaps step up your temp on both.

There's also the insurance take on things..........

If for some reason your ressie caught on fire and the fire department extinguished it, but you lose your loading area/stuff. You call your insurance agent and they find that you are over their 'quota limit' for powder and primers, they may not cover you.

I believe that their quota limit is 10K primers and 20 pounds of powder.

Now I dunno about you, but 10K of primers only scratches the surface when you buy in bulk to save money. And powder........well let's not even go there.

Same goes for storing used motor oil... or having a air compressor that is hooked up to 220V.
