If he wanted to go to jail, sure.

You have to have a license to reload ammunition for resale. Selling reloads without one is asking for jail time.

I love how they won't give specifics on which calibers are backordered.

        gee 5.56 and 9mm and possibly a little .308 and 7.62x39 maby?

Cartridge components are getting a bit scarce, too, especially small rifle primers.

That's natures way of telling you its time to step up and start shooting a manly caliber.

They could help the civilian demand for military cartridges by allowing steel core surplus to be imported again. I remember the days of cheap cases of Chinese 7.62x39.

Especially since there is already a ton of steel core surplus being sold right now... It's only be of help.

I had been thinking along those lines myself. I think I see an M1 in my not-too-distant future .

I guess the upside is if the war stops, and the plants are rachetted up to 4x 24/7 production, we could see a temporary decline in price as the factories ramp down.

That would be a good time to have loads of cash handy and stock up on new production milspec ammo.
