    Stock refinishing

    Anyone ever use bleach to lighten up laminate wood before staining? I was thinking of doing this with the butt stock on this Romi G stock set, so it matches the hand guards better. The stock is finished but they don't match very well.

      I should have said for a Romi G stock set, the hand guards are Romanian laminate from K-Var, purchased at Citadel Safe and Gun in Las Vegas. They always have K-Var parts for sale. The butt stock is from a Romi G.........
