I saw a post recently where it listed the cities and counties that have bans, but can't remember where. Sorry.
But I think you within the "restricted" area. Got any friends outside of the county, but close?

Your address says Sacramento, but you're out of city limits, therefore legal, but you need to convince the seller of that.
Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

cheaperthandirt has a "Can we ship this to you?" box to enter your local ... seems to look good to me for your location for handgun ammo.

I always put north highlands as my address and thats my mailing address town.So you think it'll be acceptable once I put north highlands as the shipping address city/town?

It is completely okay for any online retailer to ship ammunition to you in the county of Sacramento. It is even disputed that it is illegal to mail order ammo in the city limits. The ordinance only says face to face sales and the city attorney agreed.

It depends on the company. Cheaper than Dirt most likely wont. Palmetto State probably will.

There's a letter from the city attorney about shipping ammo. I am using my phone right now or I'd post it.
