Need clarification on steel core ammo

I'm looking at one of the descriptions for 308 ammo and it say's:

New Russian Tula Cartridge Works .308 Winchester ammunition. Features a 150grn full bi-metal jacketed lead core bullet, polymer coated steel case, and non-corrosive boxer primer.

This is not steel core ammo right? Is bi-metal jacketed lead core what I'd be looking for in non steel core ammo?

Bi metal is not steel core but I have heard some places won't let you shoot anything that attracts a magnet which bimetal does.

Bi metal is copper coated steel over a lead core. Magnetic, not safe to shoot in fire hazard areas(most of California).
