Yes it does. I use 44gr of WCC846...BLC-2 for a 173gr FMJ bullet in .308. With OAL of 2.84... It works for me. This is the military load for that bullet. You might want to back yours off a half a grain for the 175's. Thats what I'm going to do when I run out of the 173 and start buying 175's. I have about 70lbs of the WCC846-BLC-2 on hand. I also use it for my 75gr Hornady .223 rounds. I've found it accurate at 24.7gr with OAL of 2.255
