Average time for warranty repairs?

Hello everyone, just wondering what you would consider a good amount of time to repair a rifle with warranty work. I sent my Walther G22 rifle in for repairs in February, and they keep telling me parts are pending from Germany. I don't bombard them with emails, but I like to at least keep updated on the status a little bit.

So basically my rifle is still sitting somewhere at Smith and Wesson, and it doesn't look like I will be getting it back anytime soon due to "pending parts". Am I being too impatient?

You will get it when they are finished with the repair. What is the purpose of bombarding them emails and calls? My experience is anywhere from a month to 6 months, if they get the job done right the first time. Otherwise it could take another 1 to 6 months
