Shooting Chrony

I don't want to see anybody suggest the Oehler 34, he said reasonable cost.

I like the Pact because it has the separate skyscreens from the computer and long cords that let you put the computer on the shooting bench. It does all the computing for you for standard deviation, etc aand when you shoot the skyscreens it's only $29 to replace them.

They have them for $129 at Midway http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpag...m_campaign=655 and probably less at other places.

I have a model 1 PACT that I've been shooting over for 20 years that works perfectly but I'm going to replace it with a newer one to get the latest generation of skyscreens

Any know problems with Shooting Chrony Alpha Master? Their "Master" model all have the "remote" display... so it can be on the bench... that's a REAL nice feature...

I just couldn't figure out what's the diff between Shooting Chrony Alpha and their F1......

Alpha Master is on sale @ $99 @ midway now.... or the Alpha (not Master, ie no remote display) is @ $79....
