What Cartridge is this?

I came across this in storage and I have no idea what it is or where I got it. I have about 1k rounds and would like to sell it if possible.

Sorry about the pics but maybe they will help. The headstamp looks like 79 on one side and either 19 or 61 depending on how you read it.

I found some info that says possibly 7.62x54r Chinese Light Ball. Which would be strange because I've never had anything in that caliber.

Standard Russian rifle round, 7.62x54mmR since 1891. Used in bolt guns and machine guns, throws a 180 grain bullet at about 2,600 fps. Lots of it around commercially and surplus.

I found this page, it has the closest match with the 71/79 headstamp.
