Does anyone has reload data for 3N38

Hello guys,
I was thinking of reloading 9mm luger and .45acp with VV 3N38, however I can't find any data on any of the book I have (Hornady, speer, lyman, Lee) can someone help?

I got a few pounds myself, but have not tried it yet. They list a 147gr load @ 1200fps! (which is why I bought it to try)

Before I did, I called them to confirm this was not a +P load. According to their US tech, he said none of the loads they published are +P and all are within SAAMI specs....
