loading .223 frangible

im wondering if anybody here has experience loading sinterfire .223 55gr. frangible bullets? they are much larger than a 55gr. fmj and the 63gr. jsp that i have. most places say to load it to the same spec. as 55 fmj but i dont see how it can be safe. the volume they take up in the case is too great.

i dont need a super accurate load. all im trying to make is plinking ammo so i can use my ar pistol at the indoor range. as long as it cycles im happy.
