Last I heard, rifle ammo can be mail ordered and pistol ammo can't be.

You should search for AB962

Until February 2011, which is six months from now, you can mail-order anything. However, when February 2011 comes around, that's when AB 962 kicks in. So, get yours now while you still can.

Also, consider learning to reload your own ammo and possibly even casting your own bullets. You do that and no more worries about AB 962.
