Price Check on a Lee reloader

So in idle conversation with a friend fo friend I discovered he has a Lee Precision reloader in his garage. In its original shipping package. Never opened. For 15 years.

He has offered to sell it but we want to make sure its a fair deal. About the only info I have is he said it had been for reloading larger amounts of ammo. What sort of details do I need to understand better what he has and to be able to make a fair offer?
