Selling Factory reloads

I remember seeing a post stating that you cannot sell reloaded ammo on the private sales site of calguns. I was wondering, if i purchased a few rounds from Rmammo and i want to sell off a few, am I allowed to on calguns since they are factory reloads and not done by me?

You only need a license to ammo that you loaded. If someone else with a license loaded it, sell it.
