WCC Primer Crimp Question

I was looking at my 38 special WCC military brass and noticed that the year 1993 doesn't appear to have a crimp. I thought all military brass had a primer crimp. Does the brass on the right in my photo I attached appear to have a crimp? Thanks.

Left round crimped. Right round no crimp. It only looks like it's sealed with that red sealant. I never thought 38spl would be a millitary caliber any more. I thought ammo with crimped primers was just done on ammunition made for semi and full auto millitary weapons let alone a revolver round.

i would assume that maybe both would have a crimped primer...i know back in the day they had crimped 38spl rounds because it was a military Cart....

someone told me that the reason the military crimped the primers was because when you ship it the primers would not back out/ or when shooting the primers dont back out.... i dont know if this is 100% correct but i liked this answer! if you find info about it i would be interested.
