    .223 russian ammo question

if it says steel case and polymer what does that mean???
is the polymer a lacquer ??
i find my ar15 does not like wolf ammo that much and i can get cases of this Russian ammo from centerfire systems for 124.00

    any input???

The Wolff polymer coated stuff runs just fine in any AR I have. It's not that accurate but functions perfectly.

Polymer is not really a lacquer but more like a plastic. The only issues I know of with this stuff are leaving a round in a hot chamber and then letting it cool can cause the polymer to melt, then harden and make the case hard to extract when you fire or eject that round
