home or personal defense. jacked this topic from another forum that i belong to. so from my understanding, +P ammo are usually hollow points and by definition:

with my very limited knowledge on ammo pressure and the lack of effort to google, can i assume that using a +P for PD or HD = risking collateral damage?
and for the sake of argument (if there are any), what's the difference, purpose or terminal effect with using a 9mm +P hollow point, 9mm 115 gr hollow point or 9mm 124 gr hollow point?
