Spent Brass (primers) Look Ok?

Do the 2 pieces of brass look ok to reload?



They are once fired factory loads. Why does the PMC looks like it was too hot, or is it just me.

These are factory rounds? Why does it matter what they look like? The primers look flatten, so the rounds seem loaded hot. But whats the point of the thread, I guess I missed it.

Not sure what the question is, but if my anecdote is any use, I regularly reload PMC/Hot Shot brass since I've gotten into reloading this month and have had zero issues with the brass. I would say PMC is GTG for reloading.

The only brass I avoid is FC brass since a lot of people seem to have issues with its thinner head web thickness which could facilitate head blowouts if reloaded numerous times, so I guess I would treat FC brass as a one-time-reload only.

I also am not sure about your concern -- the cases look fine, I might take a file to the burr on the one but even that is probably not a problem --

The flattened primer does not affect you reloading it once. It may affect the overall reloading life of the case though.

The primers indicate that the load was no where near dangerous. If the primer blew out or totally filled in the primer pocket then it would be a problem.

I dont analyze my cases this much. A quick visual for cracks and then into the tumbler.

Who said anything about being dense? Maybe you should stop being so obtuse...or perhaps stop jumping to conclusions or making statements; especially about a cartoon. What's not to say that I posted that picture about my "nonsense" material I had in the beginning of my thread? I'm sorry I was being a little to dense with my subject matter.
