A little while ago, I found that my Lyman press had broken. Note the cracks in the casting in the below pic:
So I shipped my press to Lyman on Mar 7, with a letter describing whats wrong, contact info etc. Well, with no questions, B.S. or any other contact from Lyman, they shipped me a BRAND NEW press which arrived today to my happy surprise!:
...Thus proving to me that Lyman is a company that stands firmly behind it's product and customers. The press I sent back was probably 10-15 years old and the send back a brand new one?? Darn good with me!
