You need calipers and a tumbler would be nice. I don't care for the case loading block that the kit comes with. I'd get some FA caliber specific ones. They're cheap and make it easier.

Powder, primers and bullets. Oh and the spray lube is way easier than the roll on stuff. Id recommend an extra loading block, only loading 40 is wierd, boxes of bullets are 50 or 100. 40 with a few in between is not right. I like the rcbs kit was all i needed, just wish i got the newer one with the hand priming tool. Have fun and load your brains out. Oh and by the way you will spend so much more on reloading because you will try all types of ammo, powder, primers, brass. OMG so much fun. jk that was silly

        Calipers
        Case trimmer
        Stuck case removal kit
Powder trickler if you use extruded powders

I prefer the solid lube over spray.
At some point you may want a tumbler to get the lube off and clean the brass.
The RCBS kit is very good.

If you get RCBS dies you will need some extra set screws for the locking rings - the brass ones are too soft. Get some steel ones and put a piece of lead shot under it.

A really solid workbench, preferably one that's bolted to the wall.
                  Good lighting.
Hardwood or concrete floor, but no carpet.
