Bare minimum to get started with a Dillion?

Beside the Dillion reloading machine, what else does a guy need to get started equipment wise? What I mean is, are there any other items besides the machine, dies, powder, primers, and brass and bullets to get going with a brand new Dillion? Basically whats the bare minimum startup cost on reloading?

Yep, that's about it. A press, dies, powder, primers, brass, calipers, and a powder scale.

If you're reloading rifle then case lube and a trimmer.

A tumbler would also be nice to clean your brass. If you're on a budget then get the cheapest calipers you can find. But don't get the cheapest scale. Get a Dillon, Redding, or RCBS.

Why go cheap with a dillon? If you are on a budget buy a single stage kit and save for better tools down the road.

The basic press setup (you'll order dies separately from the press) and then a good set of calipers and a scale.

The other things Dexter mentioned above would be nice too. If you are going to go with a Dillon, get the optional accessories that make it outstanding. You'll have to find some way to clean your brass too.

Dillon's Pistol dies have features that make them a much better choice for progressive reloading.
You will find with RCBS dies that you have to go slower and spend a lot more time aligning the bullet in the case mouth before you seat it.

The extra cost of the Dillon dies is well justified in my opinion.
