+1 on the tumbler, and you can add liquid auto polish to the media to make everything shiny, and as an added bonus, water will bead up on your brass for a year."A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity" -Sigmund FreudComment

Yes it can.i heard using a tumbler can be dangerous, because all the lead stays there, and if you clean it once in a while it's a real hazard to your health.

I use a rock polisher I bought from Harbor Freight for 25 bucks. It doesn't hold much brass, but it works. It uses water and a little bit of dishwashing soap. Dawn seems to work the best. All the crud gets thrown out when you rinse the tumbling container. No problem with dust and it's bery quiet.

Leave it there for a couple of hours, a little agitation, it'll come out nice and clean.
