shipping ammo to LA
In another active thread it was discussed that ammo can't be shipped to 900xx zip codes (Los Angeles city and some cities in LA county). Some vendors have policies that they will "only ship to an FFL dealer" (for example, J&G sales). Does having an FFL03 mean such vendors can ship to you in LA? Do you need a COE as well?
