Can you do the powder thru expander with this press? Because I want to add the powder lock out or powder cop. And I do not want to seat and crimp with the same die.

Yes you can. Some people have had issues with Hornady's powder through expanders though. I use this one and it works great. http://www.powderfunnels.com/

Ok so you you use the powderfunnel on the powder measure and that will flare the case? Do you use a powder cop or lock out die?

I use the powderfunnels PTX as well, it chamfers just as well as my hornady expander die. Used with the powder cop die makes loading a breeze.

Ditto on www. powderfunnels.com. It works GREAT.
The Hornady Powder-thru expanders work but, they are hard to adjust. Particularly the 9mm. The powderfunnels.com works with all cases from .30 cal to .50 cal.

I use it in conjunction with a powder-cop die.
