Fair trade value? 5.56 for 10mm?

I found someone who would like to trade some of my 5.56 ammo (Winchester & Federal) for some of his factory 10mm hp ammo. What do you guys think would be a fair trade value.

I usually go by price. Since if either party had to buy the ammo on their own I go by a avrage price after looking at two regular stores in my area, and two online stores. I dont go by Walmart prices cause 99% of the time they simply dont have the ammo so its pointless to use them as a factor simply because I cant walk in pay my money and walk out with the item. So its basically a moot point to use wally prices.

      What's the exchange rate?
10MM is usually a lot harder to find than 223 so it might be a good deal.

The important thing is, what kind of 10mm. If it is the watered down factory target stuff, save your money. If it is one of the aftermarket manufacturers, sounds food.
