9mm bullet Identification

A friend from work gave me some reloading supplies, which included 9mm bullets in (2) coffee tins. They weigh approximately 123.4gr - 124gr. Would it be safe to assume that the ones that weigh 123+ are actually 124gr??

124gr is the typical weight category. 0.7gr is not going to make a difference in charge weight safety.
