LC 08 brass (non nato stamp) soft?

I just got a bunch of once fired LC 08 (non nato stamp) brass. I think this ammo is sold new as Federal XM193. I can't post pics right now but the L, C, 0, and 8 are spaced out at 12 o'clock, 3, 6, and 9. There seems to be a tiny bit of extractor brass flow on the heads from the first firing, but nothing I would reject for. I was priming some resized cases yesterday and the new (Wolf 223) primers seemed to sail right in with very little resistance.

Does anybody have the same experience with this brass? I fairly new to reloading and appreciate all the guidance.

Did you have to ream the primer pockets?

I have good number of said brass and have never had a problem with it running right next to the other LC head stamp. I'm curious myself as to where they are made and how they are different. Case volume and thickness seem to be the same from what I have checked.
