Surplus powder/ bullet question?

Is there a surplus military powder that will work in .223 and 7.62x39?

Where can I find pulled .223 and .310 bullets?

I'm currently loading IMR4895 for .223 and 7.62x39 but I'm always looking for a better deal. Maybe a GB if I can find the right combination.

Well, the surplus powder you're finding on the market right now in quantity is WC844 and WC846, both from 5.56 surplus. Both are very close in burn rate to BL-C(2).

There are listed loads for BL-C(2) in both .223 and 7.62x39. It's up to you to work up a load safely for both that properly operate in your action. Obviously, operating the action meaning a semi-auto / autoloader.
