RCBS Powder Pro Err 1

Inherited a TON of reloading supplies, getting to know the skill slowly. Was looking at the Powder Pro digital scale and reading the instructions. Plugged it in and noted it was out of calibration. Went to calibrate it and got an Err 1 message. Any insight on the cause and cure? Thanks all.
