Need about 100/45cal 230gr bullets today

I will be picking up a reloading press tomorrow from a fellow calgunner and he wants to show me how to use the press but we both do not have 45cal bullets. I am in Norwalk and if someone has about 100 bullets to spare I'd really appreciate it. I called Ammo Bros and Turners and they do not have any or some in weird weight...
I am getting off work at 4:30pm and can pick them up on my way home. can someone help? Please PM me. I can check PM from my iphone time to time.

I'm curious why you only need 50? If you go to some place like try Field Time Sports and Guns in Westminster you can buy a box of 500 for 50 to 60 bucks and be set for reloading for a while. If you buy a box of 50 somewhere like the Stockade you'll still spend 20 or 25 bucks. I just bought some them them and they have a bunch! If you still only want 50, why not buy a box of ammo and pull the bullets.

I just need about 50 to do practice reloding . I am not fully set up to reload yet. Nice calgunner that I am buying the press from will show me how to use the machine. I am new to reloading and didn't want to buy whole 500 rounds when I don't even know what type of bullet I will be using. That's all.
By the way none of the place I called around here have 230gr balls if they had it I'd by some. They only had lead bullets...
So anybody wanna help please?

IMHO the lead cast bullets should cycle through your gun just fine. I cast 230 grain lead SWC and they cycle just fine through my 1911.

Ive got some 185gr SWC match and some 230gr lead cast stuff but im in the SFV

I've got 230 gr FMJ if you want to come up to Monrovia. Also have 230gr lead round-nose if those'd work for you.
