I bought some 55 gr. V-max rounds in .223 from Cheaperthandirt.com that are produced by Bitterroot Valley Ammunition. When they arrived today, the box says .223, however looking at the casings it's labeled 5.56. I know the difference and I shouldn't shoot 5.56 out of my gun so what do I do? I don't think they'll take them back. Why would they advertise .223 and then send 5.56? Is there someway to tell that I overlooked?

You can go to the Bitteroot Valley Ammunition's web site
Find the best airsoft BBs and the right airsoft ammo you need to start playing airsoft. We review the best quality airsoft BBs available what let you know what we think.
Scroll down and you will find your ammunition under 223 Remington.
They are reloaded by them to .223 Remington ballistics using once fired brass.
They will be fine to shoot in your rifle.Comment

Ok. I knew they were reloads but I didn't realized reloads could be resized for .223. And now that I'm digging into it, it says on their site they reload spent military brass so it would make sense. So they are not idiots, I am. Thanks for the help guys. I'll let you know how they perform.Comment
