I am pretty sure that this includes anything you can buy from Cabelas(including components) as long as the total purchase is $150 or more.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, hazmat fees still apply. Pretty much anywhere you go you will have to pay hazmat fees regardless because its a UPS thing and doesn't really have anything to do with the suppliers you buy the primers or powder from.
