    rcbs trim pro problem

I just got a rcbs trim pro (manual version) and am having problems with it giving me an even chamfer or deburr. I have adjusted the three way cutter but it appears that the spindle (whatever it's called) doesn't line up perfectly with the case mouth when it starts to enter. It is a little uneven. Anyone else have this problem?

Is there a way to adjust the lineup?

There really isnt any adjustment , but something ( Shaving...burr...etc ) could be under the cupped sections that the cutter guide and the TP compression pin sit in. Pull both of them off and make sure there is nothing keeping them from sitting in their respective cup shaped mounts.

Last page in the manual has a good drawing on how it goes together.

thanks. I got it to work by letting the case spin a little during the trimming so it gets all sides evenly but it is a bit annoying. I took it all apart many times and tried alighning them while tightening but it didn't do much. Hopefully the customer service is decent.
