    Widener's Mil-Spec Bullets

Has anybody ever tried these projectiles? i was thinking about ordering some..

Just looking for some feedback on them...Good ? Bad?

Was gonna order the 55gr FMJ (xm193)
    and the 62gr FMJ (ss109)

    Thanks in advance.........

Yup, got a couple thousand ss109 a couple years ago. Very inaccurate. Best I could shoot was 3 MOA. Nice for plunking but not very accurate. I shared them with friends and family and they had the same results. I'm glad to be rid of them. Just bought some Hornady 55gr FMJ bulk bullets and will be testing them out in the next couple weeks. Word is they are good for 1 MOA or less so I have high hopes.

I've tried them and was not impressed. Also shot the 55 gr Hornady's and they were much better. Then I switched to Sierra Match Kings and now I only reload with them. Costs a little more but always provide my best groups.

I got 3K of the 62gr lead core bullets and they are only good for plinking.... noting more...real GI SS109 bullets are a LOT better

+1 I had a case of LC M855 and it did shoot 1MOA. I still keep 10X 30rd mags loaded with them for SHTF

PRVI bullets and not very good is what I found when I looked at their 168 grain .30 cal ones. I ended up buying a bunch of noslers instead.
