Hornady LNL - going from .223 to .40 help

Your list looks fairly good. You should get the handgun rotor, trying to throw pistol loads with the standard rotor is frustrating at best and dangerous at worst. You probably don't need the micrometer insert, you'll do better to just buy a new metering insert for each caliber, the Hornady powder measure is designed to allow you to just swap out the metering insert without disassembling the rotor.
I would suggest a taper crimp die, because trying to tweak the crimp on the seating die is a pain. You have the extra station, might as well use it.
Swapping the pistol rotor isn't too difficult, but if you want you can just buy another powder measure and leave the pistol rotor in it.I've never seen an American flag burned at a gun show.
