hello, i have a 5 pound jug of RL-15 and i only have it marked for being used on heavier bullets(69gr and above) for my 223/5.56... can this powder be used for 55 grain stuff? if so how would i measure it?

My data:
75gr BTHP with 24.1gr R15 I load it max length for long range so its not for another rifle. But you can seat it for max mag length.
55gr with R15...27.0gr(compress). I did this with mild velocity but the best thing....BIG BOOM STICK! Huge fire ball when fired.

There is 62gr bullet data here:
By the lack of data for 55gr bullets, that's a sign that the powder is not appropriate for 55gr bullets.Randall Rausch
