BVAC ammo?

Does anyone have an opinion on this brand? I think it's a reloading company. The prices are reasonable. Good for plinking?

I'm still waiting for my order to come in, but what from what I read they are decent. Although majority users say its good for the money, some do say there are about a about a dud or two once in a while. I emailed them and they replied with
