Is the Herter's ammo being sold in bulk on Cabelas simply a Wolf in disguise? I shoot .45ACP and use a lot of the Blazer ammo, but have never used Wolf shot steel case ammo in my XD-45 or my 1911's.
On the other hand, I have heard a lot of negatives about Wolf, but nothing specific. Before I order 500 rds to try, wanted to ask if anyone has experience with the Herter's ammo in terms of FTF, cleanliness, or any mechanical issues
