    Lee Classic Loader ???

I bought on of these on feebay,it's a single loader that you tap with a hammer to insert the primer and bullet.

I read that it only neck sizes and does not full case resize. This will cause a feed issue in an AR they say.Does this only pertain to re-used brass? If I bought new brass to load will this not matter?

New brass should be full length resized before fed into a firearm. Even top quality new brass needs to be full length sized before use. The best thing to do is buy loaded ammo, fire formed the case to a bolt action chamber then you can use the Classic Loader to reload for it and you can really only use that brass in that one rifle. The Classic Loader and semi-autos don't mix well.

How about the Lee Challenger for my AR-15 rounds? Is that a better choice?

Sure, that will work great. Is this the only gun you will be loading for? What your loading for and how much you shoot will dictate what press you will want.
