    Dumb Factory Ammo Question...

    There are no dumb questions, right?

    I noticed that a box of .40 S&W Blazer Brass FMJ I have explicitly states, "Not for law enforcement use". I had never seen this disclaimer before on a box of ammo. Is this warning because of the penetrating power of the FMJ rounds?

      Probably a contractual thing or maybe the failure rate was to high for LE use.
