PMC is decent ammo, but you are crazy if you think they supply the US military with ammo.Everybody likes PMC ammo.
Even though they are a Korean company, Poongsan ammo can now be considered USGI, since they supply the U.S. military with ammo. Here are a few threads about PMC ammo...

While the Army is opening up what had been an exclusive contract, Army officials said that not many ammunition manufacturers are capable of meeting the military specifications required for its small caliber rounds.
When supplies were drawn down quickly last year, the Army had to turn to foreign suppliers to make "urgent buys."
That ammunition was supplied by Poongsan Metals Corp. in South Korea, Israeli Military Industries, SNC of Canada and the Winchester division of Olin Corp. in East Alton, Ill. Rider said Israeli rounds have been used for training in the U.S. but not in Iraq, where the ammunition's origin might create political problems with Iraqi citizens.__________________

Ive shot PMC and had no problems. I got this stuff from Turners ( american eagle I think it was) Red box with american somethign on it.
Had 5 misfires out fo 20 round box. Went back and complained to them Their answer was sorry we cant help you. granted this was a whil backComment
