    Hornady NTX

    So Hornady is coming out with a new line of lead free called NTX. They are going to have .204 and .224 calibers bullets as well as 17 HMR, 17 MACH2 and 22 Win Mag ammunition.

    Midway has all the products listed as coming soon. Anybody heard anything else on these? Ideas on when they should hit the shelves? It will be nice being able to shoot my 17 HMR again!

      should see some by 2012 LOL

      I dunno, I've never been much for guns. I mean, sure, we have the usual gun by the door, another near the TV, one in the kitchen, and another in the bedroom...and several others laying around. For the most part though, we keep our home free of guns. We are peace loving folks.

          Sad but true...however I'll be looking forward to getting some .224 caliber bullets and working up some new loads for my X-Bolt that is coming.

              I have had very good luck with hornady V-Max for accuracy.
              50 gr V-Max with IMR 4198 powder in 1-8 twist 16" AR-15 barrel.
