    5 cents/round too much for good .22LR?

I found some nice bulk pack Winchester (333 rounds/pack) 36 grain, Hollow Point. It's going for just under 5 cents per round. Is this in the ballpark price wise? Thanks for any input. c good

It's a little high. BTW, none of my rimfires will run very well on the Winchester bulk stuff

Yeah, that's a lot at $16.60 per pack. The Winchester stuff sells for around $11 per pack. The most I ever pay for bulk 22lr is $.03 p/round

That's not a great price, but it's a better price than I've seen the Winchester 333 packs at Big 5 (~$20). While that was on the high side, I was happy to do it it back in "the ammo drought of '09" because it let me go shooting that day.

I've found the Winchester ammo feeds pretty well in my 10-22 and Spikes Dedicated .22 Upper... not as well as Federal, but it feeds - unlike Remington bulk .22 which seems to work well in .22 revolvers and single shot bolt guns.
