Pulled 5.56 Tracer/spotter/steel cored bullet sources?

anyone have a good source for pulled tracer spotter and steel core penetrator 5.56 bullets?

Polygunbag has pulled SS109/M855 bullets with the steel penetrator. He also has M856 orange tip tracer bullets, but tracers are illegal to possess in California. I've never seen spotter rounds in this caliber.

yea i k now the peticulars, there not for use here. im only about 65 miles as the crow flies from klamath falls oregon, and about 5- miles as the crow flies from the blackrock desert nevada.

Just to be clear, possession of the tracer projectiles by themselves is a felony in California. You would need to have them delivered to an out of state address, assemble them into completed rounds while out of state, and shoot them while out of state.
