    abc's of reloading

    hey guys, i've been loading for about a year now and i've done fine with my lyman's and the internet. do you think i still need to get the abc's of reloading? is it really a must-have book? thanks.

    It would not hurt but you can probably check it out if your local library has a copy or buy one that's used already.

      I think it is.. Doesnt hurt to have extra reloading books around..

        I think there is a big difference between knowing how to reload and the science and back ground of reloading. While knowing the mechanics can make you many bullets, not knowing the science and background can kill you.
        I love America for the rights and freedoms we used to have.

            Get Zediker's book "Handloading for Competition": http://www.zediker.com/books/handloading/hlmain.html

            Read that and you'll at least know what you don't know.....

            I've been handloading for over 30 years and I still learn new things all the time. Don't ever get to the point where you think you know it all.

              Some bullets are in this book and not in other book, my friend ends up with 5 different handload books, the good thing is he let me borrow and make copy
