Walmart sells IMR 4350 ?!?

Yeah, San Bernardino Walmart carries IMR 4350, I purchased two pounds, 4-6 left, which was $50 and some change. I thought I was dreaming to find this there.

Did walmart always carry powders and I just never noticed in the last few years or lucky enough to get to it first?

That was the only powder there, and it is inside the ammo cage.

Wow - go Wally-World. I was just at the one in Milpitas - and I closely inspected the 'ammo cage' - no powder there unless it was invisible.

The walmart in susanville has alot of shotgun reloading components and several powders for handguns and rifles.

It was 23.47 on the shelf, $25 out the door. Pretty much the same price at midway for the 1lb bottles, minus the hazmat.

Well, I just talked to the guy that does the stocking/ordering for my local Walmart. Looks like the IMR 4350 was a mistake, who ever at the DC that loads the trucks misread the store number and it was supposed to be sent to a store back east.

Oh well, but hopefully they notice how fast it sold, and might reconsider and start supplying California walmarts with reloading supplies too.

Many Wallys Worlds sell powder/ primers/bullets/ dies/firearms/ RCBS equipment. Those stores will be located in outer areas (like Susanville) or like here in WY.
Most if not all innner/large city wmarts dont sell those components at all or if they are located in towns with a bass pro or other box sporting goods joints within a certain distance of them.
